A: An order may be cancelled if it has not been processed and prepared for shipment. To cancel your order, please contact Client Services at orders@organicauthority.com immediately during business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST Monday-Friday) for immediate assistance.

A: It is not possible for us to split up an order into multiple addresses. What we recommend doing instead is, placing multiple orders and select a different shipping address for each order.

We do not allow items to be purchased for resale and we reserve the right to refuse service to a customer that we believe has violated our policy. A: When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number including a link to track your package online.

A: We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on any first purchase of a supplement product. If you don't like it for any reason, email us at orders@organicauthority.com. We will refund your order via the payment method you used. Unfortunately we can not refund any shipping charges.

GIFTING & GIFT CARDS

A: Yes, when you view Your Cart, enter your note in the box, "Add a note to your order."

A: To redeem a gift card enter the unique code at checkout. If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
